NCS: This is [ your call ] calling the Nashoba Valley Amateur Radio Club Information Net.
NCS: This net meets every Monday at 1930 local except July and August, when we meet at 2000 local. We use this, the 147.345 N1NC Pepperell repeater, with a PL of 100.
NCS: The purpose of this net is to exchange information among amateur radio operators in the coverage area of the repeater. All amateurs are welcome to join the net.
NCS: When checking in, please say “here is”, then drop your carrier and listen for doubling. When you hear a clear frequency, give your call sign, name, and town in which you are operating. (NCS is free to ask for additional information as warranted).
